Reiki is Universal Life Energy. As taught by Dr. Usui, it has a simple set of procedures to follow which were passed down to each of the Reiki Masters who followed his teachings together with a basic set of Reiki principles.
John Crundall & Ellen Rose teach year-round in various parts of the world. In North America, they teach twice a year in spring and fall. Below is their schedule. Please visit our site regularly for the most up-to-date schedule.
Level I. It is a powerful weekend to explore the frequency and empower your journey of healing. By the end of the weekend, you will be able to Reiki yourself and another. During Reiki classes students can experience Reiki while learning Reiki.
Level II (prerequisite Reiki I). When your heart calls out for more, Reiki II will give you the ability to connect with the genius part of you to empower your journey, and do absent healings on another. This technique gives word to the Reiki frequency which brings both understanding and healing to your world.
Retreats (prerequisite Reiki II). One of the greatest legacies brought to Reiki by Denise was the opportunity for Reiki students and volunteers to gather together on retreat, to do their own work so they can be of greater service to their communities. This sense of community is explored with John and Ellen in the presence of nature in some of the most beautiful places in the world; such as Land of Medicine Buddha in the Redwoods in California, USA, at Stoney Lake in northern Ontario, Canada (in the fall) and Bicheno in Tasmania, Australia (March).
California Reiki Classes. Our Reiki classes have been approved by California Board of Registered Nursing, who awards 14 contact hours upon completion of Reiki I and 16 contact hours upon completion of Reiki II. Our BRN Provider #13428.

Labyrinth The labyrinth is a powerful and ancient symbol of unity and wholeness, based on the circle and the spiral The origin of the labyrinth is unknown - it seems to have been in existence since the dawn of mankind. In ancient times, the labyrinth appears to have been used for ceremonies and rites. Today, it has been rediscovered as a spiritual tool - a means of meditation, self-reflection and catalyst for personal growth. It has been called a journey to the centre of the soul. The mysterious winding path that that leads to the center can become a mirror for our own lives and a metaphor for our spiritual journey.
