 Reiki means Universal Life Energy.  Many cultures dating back to ancient times have had the wisdom and knowledge that an unseen energy flows through all living things, and is directly connected to the quality of health in life.  Reiki allows everyone to connect with unlimited life energy and to transmit it through the hands, to themselves and others, thus creating the space for improved health and enhanced quality of life. Ellen trained by Denise and John Crundall, has been practicing Reiki for more than 14 years.
