Reiki facilitates healing at all levels, i.e., physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Healing may occur at any one or all of these levels, individually or simultaneously.
A Reiki treatment is gentle and non-invasive. The flow of energy is directed by the recipient, not the practitioner. Reiki treatments usually take an hour, but short treatments can also be affective.
Reiki promotes a deeply relaxed state. Reiki can:

Y Reiki is a win/win situation for the Reiki practitioner because while they are giving Reiki, they are also receiving.
